Press the home button, ingame or in the lobby. Then use the left and right keys to change your options. I use chams 4.00.

When you get in game, press the home key, then use the arrow keys to move up and down in the hack.

CombatArms.ini would be found in the hack file, it holds the configurations.
Find it, an .ini file would look like a gear ontop of a notepad. Don't bother if you like the settings.Stop flaming each other, it helps no one, and causes a step backwards rather than a step forwards.
Read the rules before you decide to voice your opinion.
Check your Grammar/Spelling/Facts before typing, otherwise I or another member will do it for you. And that just makes you look stupid.

nine times out of ten when i load the hackshield-bypass 3.0 it comes up this the following error
An error has occured with HackShield. (code = 10301)
The program is shutting down
Is there any way to fix this so that i can load the bypass and play the game in one go
