Nice man! Good overall, some things to fix:
-Contrast could improved greatly, too washed-out look, unless that's what you're going for.
-Cover/blur out those things in the middle, they detract from the focal point.
-Nix the white glow left of the guy's head, it looks like a different background (arctic sky or something).
-smooth out the white brushstroke on the bottom, it sticks out bad.
-put the text farther on the bottom, or higher up into a focal point.Time to start cycling through old sigs.

Just remove all effect c4ds you may have used they stand out too much where they are
You couldve blended the guy more and maybe move him a bit to the left
As said the white brushing at the top is Just there for no reason
