This can be a realy noob question but when I finish the sur.vey's pass the time to receive the zp and nothing and finilly pass 3 hours still don't have the zp's... Can annyone of you guys help me?

Sometimes that happens.. I have no idea why.
You can try reporting with a screenshot of final page.

Personaly, I just move on to a next survy if it's less than 2kzp...

1. Go to Goudengids.nl for Dutch addresses.
2. Start the survys and select something that says: "Nee" or "Nee, ik ben niet geïntereseerd".
**If you're using Google Chrome, try translating the page (in a second window).
3. Last step is usually filling out info.
Remember: Split the Postal Code into two pieces if asked e.g. 1654....BD
Same with the phone number.
4. Check for possible confirmation e-mails (ZinnGeld).
