Is your internet going any slower? Because if you have just been doing a lot of browsing it could go up fast. Not sure about how fast it goes up in 4 hours though, my comp has been on for 7 days.

Only if you have a Dynamic IP, most people have a Static IP You could contact your Provider to change your IP
