Make an Aran.

You will be Level 200.

Start the Quest where you have to find the lost boy.

Important: Go through all the monster maps until you do the next step.

Now when you're at the map where the lost boy is, Spam the Perion Market Packet.
94 00 00 04 00 00

Wait until you're in Perion Market. Ta Dah. You get a Level 0 Polearm and level 120 Skills.

Important: You have to have Bind Skills to use it really well.

I have test this out and is awesome. Since it is v97, I don't know if you cc or log out you will lose the skill or not.

Bad Thing = You will be a Beginner. Not an Aran. You will not be a level 200 Aran. You will not do 10000 Damage.

Just to clear everything up, it does work.
And the thing about this is it doesn't use MP ethier, so you can roam around using free skills for a decent while.
