I could host it 24/7, but the problem is, My computer is really shitty. I only have 2GB of RAM. My gaming rig melted itself, and I won't be getting another for a while. I have a decent internet connection, it's up most of the time, unless it's a weekend/ there's heavy traffic on that particular day.

Doom 2 runs in Window 95 operating system, your PC will host the server just fine.

It wouldn't really be a problem if we all lived close to each other, lols. Then we could just hamachi it up and play lan.

Well, I don't think distance is a problem, but i'm not sure how Doom 2 would work on Hamachi.

My download speed is at a nice and steady 2 MB/s

My upload speed is a little more than half that.

What are you paying? I saw the package of 3mb and I saw the price I was like
Just cause its a business they where gonna charge 300 I was like.....
My plan atm is 150... Just for this download speed or more not sure should at least be able to do 1mb of download speed if not imma have to do a little calling to verizon
