You did it wrong. That file does need a checksum generated for it.

Did you do it via command prompt or use a bat?
Did you hand-type the .hfs out or type in three letters then hit tab?
Were you in the directory of hfssign.exe when you did it?
Was 763FD8F12D3D013194261D98B4AEF0FB0F6FBA1B.hfs in the same directory?
Was there a _ at the end of the file?
Was it a .hfs or .zip you tried signing?
Do you see how "It said this error" isn't enough information?

    1. use VZipFlip turn 763FD8F12D3D013194261D98B4AEF0FB0F6FBA1B.hfs to .zip and unzip
    2. use UltraCompare to find what i need to edit in the folder
    3. i tried use txt edit .comp and jz copy and paste .comp, but both lead to bad end
    4. zip the folder back to 763FD8F12D3D013194261D98B4AEF0FB0F6FBA1B.zip after done editing and turn it back to .hfs
    5. create rehfs.bat by a txt:
    hfssign 763FD8F12D3D013194261D98B4AEF0FB0F6FBA1B.hfs
    pause
saved as any file with a .bat ended
    6. the finished 763FD8F12D3D013194261D98B4AEF0FB0F6FBA1B.hfs and the hfssign.exe are in the same folder
    7. End with a cmd which said: "This file does not use the secondary checksum!"
8 Anyways, tried to put it in C:\Nexon\Vindictus\en-US\hfs and obviously not working (the game ends when the Vindictus logo appears)

    Is this good enough?

3: How do they lead to a bad end?
4: When you're turning it back into an .hfs, are you making sure to remove the _ at the end that VZipFlip created when you decrypted it?

5: Try doing it manually in a command prompt instead of using the batch file, also.
