What do i need to play the pirate RS?

well , i took a look over the net and cofirmed that there some pirate RS servers , so , what do i need to play it ?

i know i neeed an client and some files , but , where can i get/download them?

firsstly, i want to make my dedicated server , just like original rs , going to draynor , CW , like ,well an original RS , but , monsters will drop rare loot 100% faster , and ill lvl up faster , so , anyone can help?

but theres no point.
RS is worth playing if u like it bc its rewarding,
to show your full bandos, hunter cape, spirt shield, and your amazing clan flag waving in teh RS air amongst the noobs.

yeah i understand , but , i got banned from rs ... i was lvl 125... i never used cheats , hacs, scripts or w/e ... i just forgot completellly , my private chat was off for 30 days , (1month) and i did forget about it... the game thought i ws bottning , and banned me , i swear , ill anymore play that fucking game , thats why i want the private...

Lol if you want i can help with coding an server after all the server i host is the 38th best on runelocus and we got 368 votes on moparscape.
so i am kinda of an good coder if your looking into making your own.
