changes the color of the snow, but im not sure about infinite dungeon, i thought maybe someone would know what that does.

The infinite dungeon command doesn't, it stops the "battle completed" window thing from coming up after you kill a boss (I think)

It only makes the party UI like the fishing one, there's no replay, only leave party and exit.

infinite_dungeon is automatically set to 1 if you are in a fishing boat. Afaik, that's the only one with that.
