Isnipe mod help/ if it's already there then link please
I'm trying to code an Isnipe mod for my clan on alter but I'm a bit inexperienced.
The features i'm looking for are rotating between TDM and SND (how to do this without having a certain map always be snd and the other being tdm)
The second is having a secondary with no ammo, deagle i guess... I don't really care. (I thin I can do this but I'm not sure)
The third is the little player counter in the side (I think it's in NBS's Isnipe if you play on alter)
Finally, no tint and bomb planting enabled( those are just if a mod is already available like this)

It would be hosted on alter through a dedicated server so I'm not sure if an admin menu would work. I expect that b3 or another thing will be in place so I'm not sure if an admin menu is necessary at all. I want people to be ABLE to plant bomb, like in normal snd. Also, Commando Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Slight of Hand Pro, Knife no damage too. Thanks for any help!
