Iv been banned though i dont know under what charges how can i know , what are the chances they remove the ban from me? please help me out , i was just playing some hours ago and now am banned and i dont really know why nor what to do.

If it's your first ban of that account, and nothing serious caused the ban, then you can request an appeal, and they should let you have it back.
They'll also tell you some shit about how this is a favour to you and that they will be watching you closely. LOL

It depends how bad it is. If its hacking there is little chance but if other than submit a ticket, it works just give appropriate/valid information.
