[Question] Windowed Mode

Hello, I downloaded the d3d9 file and placed it in combat arms folder. However, how do you change your resolution? Please tell me so I can use CE more easier. And gudsoldier or someone else released the pre setted up dxwnd for combat arms. I downloaded it, but I couldn't extract it. A window popped up and said some weird stuff.

if your goin to use the d3d.dll thingy just put it in ur combat arms folder and for me it doesnt really matter what resolution u use...it still works.
