When it is needed, an application thread will open. If you fit the right criteria, you've proven to be helpful so far in the section, and staff like you, you will be selected to fill that position.

It's a brief synopsis. Also, we are mini-mods because we lack that ban ability, and on the staff hierarchy, we are ranked lower than mods.
