Looking for a 'alteriw xuid changer' (unban)

Hey everybody
I'm new here and i want to know if there's a way to change XUID on Alteriw?
I see lot's of cheaters getting banned from the servers and enter again and again and again...
Is there a way to get unbanned from alteriw?

what do you mean by v2?, the latest version if there is one?

There is no v2. It is only for dynamic user ip only.
