I seen a guy that was deaf and blind and he could talk fine by just clicking a thing which could make him see images through his brain just by the vibration

I have a friend that is deaf, he played like these computer games that you needed to be able to hear things, but he got this thing he put in his ear where he can somewhat hear stuff.. can't remember what it's called.. but it gives a boost of sound so he could actually hear something lol

Then he isnt fully deaf
Fully deaf is where you cant hear anything even with help from a device.
