You most likely need a specific driver for your system, which laptop do you have?

Most likely the system would use default gfx drivers, dunno if it would help. Another option is to check your power plans (power saver, performance etc.) and force your system to use a gpu (dunno how AMD does this, it looks like this with Nvidia):

Just force your system to use the AMD card when you're in performance mode or w/e

when i disabled my intel hd card and restarted my computer it didnt go to my other graphics card it started with no graphics card
