That's just a selected quote, if you read the entire speech he says he backs "longtime friends" of the united states such as Egypt (israeli enemy) and he that he believes israel should return all land and should only have the land it had in 1967. He's saying he supports israeli enemies but no longer supports israel

Money, Obama said were going to continue funding Egypt. No other president has endorsed the 1967 borders.
