Hmmm...not for me. On Win 7 64-bit. Do U have to use Black Cipher injector, because even before when this hack was working I don't think Black Cipher worked for me.

As far as I know, all you have to do is cipher it.

Ciphering doesn't work, it only lets you into the game for a couple of seconds, than Combat Arms will crash.

Try using a different injector. I use PerX and don't have any problems.
