Not letting me join games?

I got to play one game, then when I try to join any other games I get this message:

I inserted a large red box in case you had an IQ of 70 or lower.

Yes I had that problem before o.o I found that just restarting the game helps (or restarting your computer). If it keeps happening try sending in a ticket or reinstalling the game
