How Do i Get Speed Hacks ?

im new to this hacking site so i really dont know how to hack but i wont speed hack and i wont too know how it works

Not well said. You don't need a bypass and cheat engine for a speed hack. That's one way you can make it. Im sure if someone had released a working speedhack, it wouldn't be deleted, but no one releases them. But yes, don't beg for hacks.
