what did you use to change to a TXT file as the current file itself is an AES encryption and ive opened it in noptepad and have found various links to verisign from symantec... just for shits and giggles im gonna poke around a bit

some of the stuff in this so called "junk file" has led me to this which is some sort of certification if anyone knows what or a code specific....

Well so far i have multiple .part files if eventually i get them all and there is a program to compile that would be helpful as for the rest of it its not gibberish its a stream cipher and thankfully the key is provided however i dont believe i posses the skill or the patients to decode myself. Wish there was a public program i could put the cipher key into and have it work on the issue over night. I am sure those of u who have posted here already in response to mine are convinced i am wasting my time, well if i am its my time to waste and if I'm not i may just find out some things nexon dose not want to go public.

no the black cipher NG is a separate file there both labeled nexon guard but my guess is that the second one is a backup in case the other get compromised
