You're misinterpreting what I said. Yes, for a test you are taught something. But for a research paper, you do not know it, and thus you must give credit. And you really don't know where these bases come from. I know 100% .

But this is not a research paper. It is the process of teaching someone to do something. You shouldn't ask for credits because the work isn't technically yours. Yes you gave him sources but that doesn't mean it's your work. Lets say you give somebody a game, that game isn't yours now, it's his.

When I first made my hack,I didn't know how to find addies,because my C++ Book didn't say anything about addies/offsets.
So I just searched in the Source Code Section.

True I guess. But still. A lot of these people could very well have leeched a code as well.

And you are completely misunderstood by the entire argument. And about the point of this thread, he is just asking for help. But if he released a hack before asking how to find the addies, then yeah he leeched addies from the source code section. But what is so wrong about that, and if it is wrong why have the section in the first place?
