Mine is curved and sloped.
I've sat on the computer for 8 hours before, no effects.

I say slope.

mine is pretty comfortable. i have no idea what it is though.
my laptop keyboard is awesome pretty comfortable
so most say slope...
i was planning on getting
Logitech - Wireless Illuminated Keyboard K800
and adjusting from slope to flat overtime so when i get it, i can type well, but i dunno now...
