This is the 1.6.6. The file says 1.6.5, but there werent enough changes from 1.6.5 to 1.6.6 to need to update it.

go to your computer (Assuming windows) and open control panel then use folders-> view hidden folders then go to My Documents and back upwards 1 space. find %AppData% and go to roaming, then go to .minecraft then to bin
once in ther bin folder open minecraft.jar and inside you see a list of folders and classes. find the folder named META-INF that is minecraft's security.
if you do not find it and you DIDN'T already delete it before and you don't have previous mods installed use update then repeat this all and delete META-INF
