But guess what, my Free Games options is gone because I tried downloading it but I got an error. Now I have to contact Sony to get my options back. The only things that are left is the PSP games and the 30 Day PS Plus.

Actually, aslong as you selected your free games... Go to purchase history!

Alot of people are downloading it
So when it gives you the error code you just press "o"
To go back
Then just click to go in again
Keep doing that till you get in
You might have to do that to get the game too

How can I go into Download History if the content isn't there?
How can I try it again if there is no "Free Game 1" or "Free Game 2" PS3 option?

Call them and wait for 12 minutes
I did this and they helped me
12 minutes because overload in phone support
