I will only post this in cf section
Here is your keys:
Relax. This is the key. If you want to test this, try this little experiment: have someone hold a pencil in his hand, and put your right hand below. Tense your right hand and ask the other person to drop the pencil at his own will: no matter how hard you try, you cannot catch it between your thumb and forefinger with a tense right hand. Now try it with your right hand relaxed.NO RAGING!
Play video games. These improve hand-eye-coordination and reflexes. Try games with fast-paced button combos, such as a Tony Hawk game or DJ Max.I don't mean pc.Oh and especially Wii
Take gymnastics. You will be using your muscles and will learn to better control them for both gross motor skills and fine motor skills.Don't be a fat bitch.
Keep in shape; retain your skills

Final Tips.
Practice, practice, practice. This will take time, but you should notice improvements.
Use a thirty-centimeter ruler instead of a pencil to measure your progress. See how many centimeters pass through your fingers before you catch it.
Find reaction games online. Go to Human Benchmark - Home or missionred.com. It is important to practice for at least a few minutes every day.
Play some reaction games when you first wake up. This is a good time to play when it will help you wake up and your brain is in a suggestive, pliable state.
Try to use different fingers on both hands to press the mouse button; this activates a wider range of nerve systems and helps improve your overall nerve health!

Hope this helps you

Lol what's this?
Reaction is your mental skill that you improve with time. There is no tests for it. You test it playing games that require you sending information from your brain to your muscles (in cf case: your finger/hand muscles) In the morning when you just woke up, if you play you will notice you play incredibly good, but play at the night you will see yourself playing crappy.
I dont know what you linked, but it seems shit. Here: you can test your aiming/reaction and you can easily improve it but it takes time. I recommend doing 5-10 games in the morning and 2-5 in the evening.
The first part is copy & pasted.
The second part I'm not so sure about.
Editing...
Oh and u can improve your reactions.

Actually I think it's nice of you to write such a toturial, but I think most of the people have a pretty good reaction time... But like I said, nice for some of us! I liked it!
