    You need to hold shift when resizing things.

    hmmm in my program holding shft doesnt do anything, what program u talking about and what does the fuction your talking about do?

    It keeps what you are resizing in proportion. I'm using Photoshop CS5.

    That should be similar. I used to have psp but then I got a new computer and never cared to redownload because I never learned how to use it properly. Anyways you should try getting photoshop, PSP is comparable to photoshop but we'll be able to help you more if you get photoshop.
