Scenario: See if it looks better or not, tell them what i think.If it looks better with them i would replace them, then if they do it again, kick them, if they rejoin and do it again banned.

Scenario 2: Ignore them or if a higher rank is online E.g owner ask them to take it up with them.

Scenario 3: /tp to the alleged griefer, ask the griefer what they are doing, if i get no reply or they continue to grief, instant ban. Also i would use a previous backup of the server to help recreate the house (if this server supports that)

Why should you should be admin? Love minecraft, very friendly towards everyone, i'm either on xbox or minecraft 24/7 so i'm always gonna be around to help peepz :P

Experience as admin: I was an admin for Lost Craft until I had difficulties that I will not write, but I assure you the difficulties will NEVER happen again.
Scenario: Someone walks up and deletes about 5 torches because he thinks they look bad from your wall. What do you do? I would tell him to put the torches back, and let him go off with a warning. I use the 2nd chance game.
Scenario 2: Someone is flaming you about how bad an admin you are. What do you do? He is probably telling me im a bad Admin because I am too busy helping everyone else and I simply cannot get to him yet. I will just tell him to wait.
Scenario 3: Someone who has been on the server alot with reputation tells you [Player_Name] is griefing. What do you do? I would need to see proof that he did so. Good rep players can still lie.
Why should you should be admin? I am VERY skilled with world edit and World Gaurd. I do my job. I do not rage. I do everything I can to help a player.
Any more information? I get easily distracted, but I'm getting better at controlling it. I also hate houses made of dirt/netherrack.
