[Ques.] Hacking

I am new to hacking and i am very interested in learning how to hack. My question is what programs can i use for hacking? I heard about c++ language so i am just wondering is there any other programs i should know about.

MHS (Memory Hack [something])
You could mess around with the files in the game a bit
Go learn a little c++
You could always use D3D to make some hacks too.
