The news team is a unofficial team put together by a few members here at MPGH.
The editor team is an official team that was selected and has been working on our sites Wikis for various games.

News Team isn't part of MPGH Staff. it's a community collaboration founded by @Hex / @Johnny Knoxville
Editors are being picked, and new wiki's are in the way
there'll be more editors in the future.. but the current ones are:

That's not staff, it's the same as the News Team as the rest of these General members have. You know the usertags they carry around? it's just a modified usertitle image. talk to @666HiddenMaster666 for the CA News Team, i believe he's in charge of it.
