Yes you can, anything that enhances your game play or modified your game play (rez mod) will get you banned.

They can "check" your computer, But, With as many players they have playing, There's no way they can check everyone's. My advice, Only use texture mods. Keeps the game fair, Nexon fucked, And you unbanned.

Yes you can be banned for using rez mods it is against the TOS but I think it is actually more risky to use rez mods then hacks but I could be wrong.

well most liekly you will probelly be obvious if your chaming. but if somehow your not obvious and no one reportsd you should be fine delte uploader though.
