when i start blackchiper hack it says that .dll file is missing and i downloaded the .dll file and it still says that .dll file is missing so what should i do now help me plzz

Download and install this.
Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
And it's recommended that you start Combat Arms directly.
The file name is CombatArms_Direct.exe and it's in your Combat Arms folder.
