Spiral Knights

I know this thread will most likely get buried, and that I really need to lurk and post. I'm requesting a hack for Spiral Knights.

The game has a currency called Crowns, earned in the usual way by killing monsters, doing tasks etc. It also has two different types of "Energy values".

There's "Crystal Energy (CE)" that acts as a sort of credit system, this can be sold to other players/ bought from the game in the form of Crowns. This is what I'm requesting a hack for, some sort of Crystal Energy editor or something that adds more energy.

There's also "Mist Energy" which is stored in your suit, this is used, (along with the Crystal Energy should you run out of Mist Energy), to explore deeper stratums (levels) of the world. I'm not really requesting a hack for this as it replenishes to maximum over a period of 24 hours. Just saying it'd be useful to have it constantly refreshing itself at 100, so you can venture to the deepest stratums without having to take a breather.

Well...since the game got released on steam...some talented coders might see it and start making hacks for the game.

Just wait and see if the devs? will add a Spiral Knights thread.

Might not happen at all? Who knows xD... But Energy is a pain in the ..butt lol... cuz it regenerates so slow..

But I would love to have a Crown hack.

I second this request. Spiral Knights is an awesome new game that needs to be hacked because of how damn long energy takes to regenerate.

Spiral Knights runs on Java. So, Minecraft hack devs could work on this.

Most of the things, if not all in Spiral Knights is server sided, so thus it would be impossible.

Most things are server sided. Just like in Minecraft (the blocks in your inventory and what not). But not the user's location (AKA Fly mod). So, maybe a fly mod could work? You could use it on solo to get away from some trouble.. or something.

i hope it's possible, i really like the game, but only an hour to an hour and a half and then i've gotta wait another 22 hours until i can make another good trip again, it's really lame

So, there's a way to differentiate between computers. If we can find this "change" between computers. Then this might be the way to get energy. For example: If you change this "change" the game should recognize you as a new computer. So it will give you 100 Energy.

I think this will work.

i tried playing the same character on the two different computers, hoping htat i would have 100 energy when i relogged. but to my dismay i still had the same amount of mist energy as i had when i logged out on my first computer. i dont know if you're referring to this but thats just what happened to me

That's because all free account on one computer are connected. All the Mist energy is pooled together. If you pay for even the smallest energy pack in game you have a paid account and the energy is not pooled anymore.

edit: oops missed that whole two different computers thing. That is odd.
