Ho to fix ids_app_shutdown_1

Yesterday i played cb but today when i try to lunch it ,np ,dosent works , hack shildpro works but when the game has to load : nothing , and then i see this error : ids_app_shutdown_1 . i have win vista 32 bit ,4 gb ram ddr2 , amd xxturion dual-core x2 2.2 , 1 gb ati radeon HD 3200 and HD 4650

Just Google search the error and you will get something. That is what I do or I just reinstall the game.
