Now, I'm not sure, but isn't the guy in the video chamming? I don't play this game but since he can see both enemy and friendly's names isn't that some sort of hack? Or is it legit and that's how the game is?

When GMs spectate a game, they can see both the enemy and teammates nametags, like ESP, but the players can't. It's just staff watching and recording.
