Requesting animation lessons???

Hey there!

So here's the deal:
I wanna make an animated show on YouTube, kind of like Eddsworld. Except rather than them doing random crazy things and going on adventures and crap like that, just a normal everyday life of a couple of guys in middle school. Maybe, if I eventually get good enough and famous enough, I can make a website with all the episodes, and then start making longer episodes. I have some friends of mine that are willing to help, but..
I don't know how to animate. Like I kind of have an idea, but I kinda don't... in other words, if I tried, it would... emm.. turn out bad..
Anyway..
So I was curious if anybody could give me animating lessons online, or maybe tell me someone that can?

But yeah, you gotta search on Google/Youtube.
Don't just go with the first hits, look in the search results more deaply, search tutorials for exact programs and don't search like: "Animation Tuts", but "3DS Max Animation Tutorials"

Or even "Cinema4D Tutorial"
