one is Sargent First Class 1
second is just a Corporal
The second has permanent Mp5
the first doesnt have any good guns I just stopped playing on it for a while

IMO I would only pay 5 but either way there low ranked and the perm mp5 isn't too good (doesn't have full info for that one either). If i had no other accounts
