start with C++, it's more powerful than java, but in the other hand java is compatible with every kind of OS-es and easier to learn. IDK, you choose.

C++ Console application then after you 'master' it you can go to win32
you can buy alot of books for them

C++ Console Application in managed C++, otherwise your sentence doesn't make sense.
@ OP: Buy some books, this is a great book to start, "Sam Teach Yourself C++ In 21 Days", search for it on Google.

Well to be completely honest if you learn c++ you automatically know 90% of java, and vice versa (other then syntax changes such as "cout <<" to "System.out.print"
So you might as well learn c++ cause you can do everything java does plus more
