on xbox you buy microsoft points with money and then you can purchase things from the market place with the points 5500-7000 msp can buy you a new game
Microsot points are around 20 USD for 1600

The Xbox 360 Transfer lisence lets someone download all things you have purchased from the market place for free
You can now do this 3 times a year

I Have downloaded probably over 7000 microsoft point worth of shit

Reckon anyone would be interested in paying to use this?
It includes the latest black ops map packs
