You fail to see the problem here. My apartment is connected to this network that sends all the info via my ISPs servers, so an IP trace would go to my ISPs server. The same effect as a proxy would have.

Also, my ISP wont give you any information about me and they are not even allowed to give that information out to the police unless they have evidence that would convict me to at least two years in jail. So as a private person, 15 years of age, good luck getting that information.
