    Exclamation How hot Should my GPU be?

    Well i just bought a pc, and it has a Nvidia 8600gt, Which has Directx 10 and shit but i was wondering how hot should it be,i used speedfan to check it and during some good play on crysis its gets to around 70
    I have a Intel Pentium D Dual Core Processor 3.40 GHz and no overclock,and im not overclokcing my gpu, Yet.

    Is the Fan speed on full? If not try and change that. That is kind of hot for that card my card runs at 47 on full load and 29 min.

    I got Good Airflow and i replaced the stock fans.

    You're just wasting your money, you would be far better off upgrading that seriously outdated cpu and gpu than switching fans and getting fancy (crappy) cases

    I'm pretty sure it should be under 50 to be at high performance.

    I'm pretty sure it shouldn't. Trust me, I'm prolly running more Nvidia GPUs at this moment than you have your entire life.

    Actually the cards shouldn't have problems until they go over 90/100-ish

    well i have an aftermarket coolor and ive been playing crysis heavy and it never rlly gets over 75 snd bout 60-70ish when in game play
