in game (online) it shows lvl 55 but i dont have the guns i just have the guns from lvl 1

it doesnt work bro>3 i was lvl 43 and back me to lvl 1 i dont have all perks, weapons nothing, only i have the weapons of lvl 1 and in the game show me like lvl 55
