Good editors edit for free. Just demo them replays (give them replay files that you have).

For example, if you have a 5K spraydown on Black Widow in rounds 2-2, rename your replay file to "2-2Blackwidow5k.cfr" and upload it via ********e or somesuch. Then pass it along to an editor.

The odds are, from the way you're asking, that you're a terrible player anyway. But, that is how you should go about it
