Fraps FPS

So here's my Question, when im recording with fraps and my normal FPS(without fraps) is 120 would it better if i make fraps recording screen with 30FPS or with 120FPS Please Answer

Better for nolagg.

If you raise the frame rate recording amount on fraps it will make your fps drop.
So 30 is the better choice

No, you get less FPS than normal, but configuring the FRAPS FPS is possible you have almost the normal FPS, like without using FRAPS.
