Rank Hacks/Exp Hacks - Stop asking
It is impossible to make, and you will get the same answer over and over again.
It was patched over a year ago, and was made with a memory editor. It is no longer a project that will ever be in the CA community.
Please stop asking because it is getting quite annoying.
