i dont get what u mean but, the "Auto-update hackshield" is a contract between Nexon and hackshield, hackshield takes care of their part of the contract by make sure hackers are stoped (or they try), and nexon pays them. it is a simple agreement between the 2 company, i donno how this will land them in hot legal water... care to explain? p.s hackshield is a US company, and we did click the checkbox saying nexon has every right to cancel our membership when we sign up for any of the nexon game.

i don't think anyone realizes just how much effort, time and money it takes to track down ad charge a single individual for a cyber crime that is not directly related to an attack on the GOVT or an act of terrorism itself. That is the exact reason why so many people get away with it. It is not as simple as calling the GOVT and saying "Hey i got an idiot abusing my game, go arrest him". The legal precedings before they even contact you would take months.

Now there are movements being made in the US-GOVT that are trying to make the process easier and faster and more civilian orientated(senator Leahy for example). All of those efforts are being fought tooth and nail by hundreds of thousands of individuals all over. The internet, not just our country.
