Wow, thanks for this, don't really think it belong's here but nonetheless it is quite useful.
I know there is a little tut going around showing you how to bypass SuRvE.Ys but you have to type a java code into your address bar every time and do you really want to keep opening the notepad file where you have it saved every time to copy it? my way is much easier and you only have to do it 1 time!
The Tut:
We are basically going to use our hosts file to cancel out the cpalead SuRvE.Ys and this is how we are going to do it;-
Step 01:
We need to find our hosts file, you can do this by either going to run or my document ect and searching for;-
%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Step 02:
Once you have opened your hosts file it should look like this;-
( yours might look different if you have added your own hosts )
Step 03:
Once you have opened your hosts go ahead and add the following;-
[b]127.0.0.1 cpalead.com
127.0.0.1 /www.cpalead.com\
It should now look like this;-
Then just save your hosts file and your done
If when you go to your site that has a SuRvE.Y on it and it shows a "page cannot be displayed" at the bottom then simply refresh you screen and it should work.
Wow, thanks for this, don't really think it belong's here but nonetheless it is quite useful.

behind the su rveys are just useless notepad files or viruses.
