good for a beginner, however you need allot of work. try reading up on some tutorials. paint.net doesnt come out with some bad stuff if you practise enough.

Love how people who are commenting on these can't make stuff much better. Anyways you aren't going to get much better using paint.net there's not as much that you can do with it.

Think of it this way, there is a reason paint.net and GIMP are free and photoshop is priced between $200-$600. I strongly suggest you get photoshop, there's plenty of tutorials on how to get it for free.


At your current skill level theres not much I can say other than to say look at some tutorials and try to figure out some basic styles and techniques and then later I can help you perfect those techniques. However, as I said before usually tutorials are made for use with photoshop.
