Smurveys. Prize Rebel worked for me, but it was a pain in the ass to download greasemonkey, roboform and a fake identity here and there. Play span is another way, and NX Smurveys on Nexon's site itself.
The best way to get NX.... use your own earned money, be it made from an online job or service (not smurveys and share cash and other bs chump change methods) or from doing a real job/service in person.
