the brushing looks a little blurry, try and fix that. And lose the text dosnt really match.
but it just really dosent have that "waw" in it.
Its a good sig overall

Good effects and the flares are a good color to be mixed with, but i dont feel like there put in the right spots.
Also the letters, maybe put them closer together and try a different spot. You can try a white centered drop shadow but it might not work well.

if your planning to like apply image and saturate the shit out of it
take out the b/w gradient map and fix it up. You only saturate c4ds and stuff..but not even that i use photo filters

i like it with the colours and imagining without seems alright also.

however i think you need to make the brushes smaller but more dominant/brighter.
